Why did you create a consulting firm for ICOs/STOs and what is your value-added?

There is so many needs in the crypto space, and in our humble opinion very few firms are able to meet them!

Omniow’s originality is that we bring together all the skills required to successfully complete these crypto-financial fundraising projects: technical and IT/blockchain development, legal with the support of a team of about ten lawyers and jurists specialized in business law and in everything related to blockchain, project management and network of competent partners, and finally a great expertise in fundraising and tokenomic.

Each of Omniow’s partners already has several years of experience in the world of cryptofinancial fundraising, as well as several successful projects. We put at the service of our customers this experience and knowledge.

What is your way of working?

Obviously, we necessarily start by making a drastic selection of the projects we want to support, both in terms of quality of the project and team, for example. Once the needs have been qualified, we work on the tokenomic and financial part of the project, but also in parallel on the technical needs (smart contracts development, etc.) and legal support.

The whole idea is to build a real strategy from the beginning that leads to the success of each of our projects. For this reason, we put our experience and sometimes our partners, when necessary, in the loop. It is only once all this work has been done correctly that we move on to the fundraising phase with our clients.

Fundraising is crucial for your clients, how do you conduct it?

We already have experience and we work with fundraisers, investment fund managers and other specialists, internally or through our network. This allows us to introduce our projects to professional investors in a language they know and that suits them, and by delivering documents they know well !

This is another aspect of our activity: professionals who wish to learn and educate themselves on crypto-financial fundraising regularly approach us. We therefore provide advice and training on these new ways of investing, on mechanisms and good practices in this area. Sometimes they are large banks, VCs or Family Offices. Each training is obviously tailor-made to meet the specific needs of each individual.
